BUREAU RED’S STANDARDS OF EXCELLENCE, ETHICS AND PROFESSIONALISM

Bureau Red supports and promotes standards of ethics and behaviour of all Virtual Assistants who became qualified in our Company. Next you will find our Excellence, ethics and professionalisma standards that guides the ben¡heviour of each Virtual Assistant of our community.
We are convinced that these standards are an integral part of the transparency, integrity and profession of Virtual Assistants in Argentina.

Ethic Commitment
As professionals of Virtual Assistance, I accept and respect muy ethic responsability towards the clients.
I accept to behave in a responsible way with the highest level of integrity and commitment, not to cause any damage to myself, my partners and the Virtual Assistance profession.

Excellence standard
1-I am sensititve to cultural values and believes and respect diversity, accepting that other people values are as important as mine.
2-I excesrise integrity, honestity and confidentiality, while fulfilling the dual obligation to myself and muy clients’.
3-I admit my limitations and I will only provide services and use technologies based on my level competence.
4-At the beginning of any commercial relationship I will clearly communicate the conditions of our relationship and I will clarify both parts expectations.

i. I accept with total responsibility for the work I do, acccepting my mistakes and repairing them immediately.
ii. I will not abuse of the authority granted to me by my clients.
iii. My client’s interest are of extreme importance to me.
iv. I will not use the commercial information obtained as result of my profession activity.

5- I will keep updated my personal and professional knowledges and I will continue my training to ensure that the necessary experience is available when required.
6- I will be part of the support network callaborating with other professional Virtual Assistants with my abilities and practice to enlarge the community and let the professional abilities grow.
7- I will work to strengthen the public understanding and acceptance about the excellence of the Virtual Assistance Profession.
8- I will not inentionally damage the professional reputation or exercese of other Virtual Assistant.
